New Pilates Reformer

Many clients have said “I should go on the treadmill myself” and we have now offer the opportunity for our riders to work on their own alignment and core strength.

It isn’t a treadmill - it is a Pilates Reformer.

Pip has been a fan of Pilates work on the body balance Allegro 2 reformer for the last five years. With age, there is inevitable wear and tear on our bodies and bad habits develop. A session on the reformer really can straighten you out!

Regular sessions can significantly improve your core strength and balance.
